概要: Our company’s medical precision components (for GE Healthcare) are primarily manufactured through CNC precision machining, grinding and polishing, cleanroom washing, and surface treatment. The entire production process avoids high‑pollution operations such as injection molding, spraying, and electroplating, resulting in minimal waste, clear waste segregation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Our company’s medical precision components (for GE Healthcare) are primarily manufactured through CNC precision machining, grinding and polishing, cleanroom washing, and surface treatment. The entire production process avoids high‑pollution operations such as injection molding, spraying, and electroplating, resulting in minimal waste, clear waste segregation, and compliance with regulatory requirements. These components are broadly categorized into four main types:
I. General Industrial Solid Waste (Recyclable)
Metal scrap: Metal chips, offcuts, residues, and prototype‑stage scrap generated during the machining of medical stainless steel, titanium alloys, and aluminum alloys are collected centrally and sold for recycling in compliance with applicable regulations.
General waste packaging: including raw-material cardboard boxes, plastic packaging, protective films, and other common packaging waste.
Clean filtration solid waste: inert filtration waste such as spent filter cartridges and filter cotton used in purified water production.
II. Hazardous Waste (Handled by Designated Personnel in a Dedicated Storage Facility, Disposed of by Qualified Entities)
Waste cutting fluid/cutting oil: A specialized coolant‑lubricant used in precision machining processes; the spent concentrate and waste liquid generated upon replacement.
Waste mineral oil: waste guide rail oil, waste hydraulic oil, and other wastes generated during equipment maintenance.
Oil‑containing waste: rags, gloves, wiping materials, and oily sludge or waste residues contaminated with cutting fluids or engine oil.
Waste and hazardous waste packaging containers—empty drums of cutting oil and lubricating oil—are collected centrally and temporarily stored.
III. Small Amounts of Wastewater
The wastewater primarily consists of precision‑cleaning effluent from parts, cooling‑circulation makeup water, and concentrated brine from purified‑water production. After centralized collection and preliminary treatment, it is discharged into the park’s municipal sewage network; no production wastewater is directly released.
IV. Trace Gases and General Waste Materials
Machining generates trace amounts of metal dust, and welding produces small quantities of fumes; after being captured by equipment and treated through workshop ventilation, emissions comply with regulatory standards.
Office and household waste generated by employees is collected and transported by the sanitation department in accordance with unified procedures.
Our company strictly adheres to segregated storage, ledger registration, and dedicated hazardous waste storage management. All waste is disposed of in full compliance with regulations, with end-to-end traceability, thereby fully meeting the environmental impact assessment, factory audit, and supply-chain environmental compliance requirements of high-end medical clients.
